Day 31: Wind Caves and Snow snow snow

First I want to share some photos of the past. :)

One of my best students, Alyssa Hawkes.  Her mom wanted photos of us together, she was my best volleyball player and track star, won the puppy of the year award (best student and athlete), a hard worker, and my first student council president! She's so much fun.  Also, her mom is destined to set me up with their cousin who is an engineer so I can be part of the family.  Good stuff!!

First is Katelyn, whom I car pooled with this past year. It was really good because we became good friends and saved money at the same time! Carpooling wasn't that bad with her!  Then Alyssa and Beca Rivas.  Now Beca is a stubborn hard girl, but she's so great and helpful.  She has so much to give and just wants to help everyone. She has been a life saver for me many-a-time!!

This group of 8th graders saw Katelyn and I drive by and came to find us!  We drove down the road a little bit so I could change my clothes, lucky for me I had just barely (by seconds) finished when they pulled around the corner!  It goes as follows, Delaney, Alexa, Hannah, Colten, Abby, and Hannah.  It is such a fun spirited class, imagine 30 kids with big spirits and a lot of fun and chattiness in one room.... wow how did I do 2 years?

Hannah Brown, Katelyn Quintin, and I after graduation.  I tried to come as spirited as I could for the kids! So I have all purple, yellow, and black on.  Hannah is my worlds fastest runner.  She is ranked at number one in middle schools in the state according to the Idaho Sports website.  She is hard to get working but once she does, she's a fireball!  Katey is my reader, her and I are always giving tips on what books to read next and usually I'll read it after her but a couple of times I get to suggest to her what to read, that's always fun!

We got a small group to go hiking today.  We went to Driggs up Darby Canyon and tried to hike to the Wind Caves.  This is Bryan, Bre, and I on our way up the mountain.  It was all snowy up the trail and we got wet, but it was so much fun!  We really enjoyed ourselves.  Suzi had a walking stick and still fell a couple of times and soaked her pants, but it was still fun!  Afterwards we went to mexican in Driggs and did Jonnie a favor by cleaning his cabin. We played Yatzee for a while and relaxed.  It was a neat Memorial Day weekend!

Me, Suzi, and Alycia playing on the mountain.
Suzi and Eric Stevens at the end of the hike.

Yay Mexican!

I am seriously going to take up hiking this summer as a weekly activity.  I'm really excited for this challenge!!

Day 28, 29, 30: Friday off of school

Today was the first day off from school.  It was so nice! I just did errands around the house and attended the temple, which was nice but seriously took 3 hours!  I also had the repair guy come and put in a new garbage disposal.  My advice to everyone buying a home, DO NOT buy the extended warranty on appliances!  It is not worth your money!  I had to pay 65 dollars for the guy to come out and do the garbarator, and his total bill was only 120.  Which, I paid almost 350 for my appliance warranty.  I could have saved so much money.  Also, the main reason why i hate this idea of buying the warranty....  The customer service people were so rude, they were not helpful and I spent over 40 minutes on hold with them in order to put my repair man on the line so they could approve the fix (they wouldn't find the repair man, I had to do that myself!).  The first time, my repair man ran to get a part, and they were like, oh you've been on hold for 20 minutes but we can't wait 5 for him to come back and talk to him.  You'll have to call back.  So after letting that lady know that I wanted to talk to someone to tell them how they could better run a company, I finally got a different rep to the the job approved by chatting with my repair man for 1 minute! count it, one!!  That was my productive Friday! :)  I also went to Robin Hood that night.  I seriously loved it, probably my favorite Robin Hood yet!

Saturday: ICE CAVES!!

Today I went to the Ice Caves with my friend Brandon.  We had a blast!  After driving down a holey, muddy, rocky road, we came to the caves.  Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures!  We put our snow clothes on, hiked in the cave, scooted on our rears across the ice, fell down a few times, climbed up an ice wall and slid down... good stuff!  It hailed on us as we climbed out, but it was great fun.  Then Saturday night I went to the Ridge and watched the Lakers game with Juan and my old friend Natalia.  It was so much fun I loved it, it was great to see old friends and just have a good time.

Sunday: Relaxing....

Church was really fun today, I chatted a lot with friends, Suzi made me laugh a lot during the sacrament talks.  It was probably bad but o so funny.  I will do better. Afterwards, we went on a drive to  Monkey Rock (shown above).  Then we came home and made food, got home taught, and made cookies.  Some friends came over to play; we played Super Mario Brother Wii, because my friend Tyrel go my wii to work again! YAY!!  It was a good night.  Tomorrow we will hike wind caves! :)  Here are some pictures I wanted to share!

My Plants!  the green hang basket, is a topsy turvey, it froze last week and I didn't get home in time to bring the plants in. It froze the tomatoes.

Day 27: Last Day of School! SUMMERTIME

Today was the last day of school, did I say that clear enough?  TODAY    WAS   THE   LAST   DAY  OF  SCHOOOL!  Teachers definatly are not as excited as the kids for summer...  It is well deserved and I'm so excited to finally be able to relax!  I'm ready for sunny days and no night activities and no take home grading and no stressing about kids!  Just a little, but much less! :)

I'm ready for the sun.
I'm ready for a quiet alarm.
I'm ready for no alarm.
I'm ready for home made lunches.
I'm ready for vacations.
I'm ready to wear jeans whenever I want!
I'm ready for fun with friends.
I'm ready for no curfew.
I'm ready for SUMMER.

We had a great ALL OUT NEON dance at the end of school.  It was in a teachers classroom, it was really awesome!  Smelled bad, but what do you expect wiht a bunch of middle school students.... eugh!   I checked out of school at apx. 2 o clock.  Headed home, took a nap, go up and dressed, ready for 8th grade Promotion.  It was so fun! I took a bunch of pictures and then after graduation saw my kids take a bunch of pictures.  One of my students, Fernando, asked if he could take a picture with me and his Chilian friends.  I said sure! are you an international star?  or are they?  He's like, "They are just foreign exchange students that I know."  So I am going to be internationally famous bc the Chilians took a picture with just me too. Haha!

Best part of the night... wait the WORST part of the night.  I LOST MY Camera!  I took a bunch of pictures and now I can't find my camera.  But I will look tomorrow and see if I can find it and show you all my students.  I am bitter sweet about this 8th grade class.  Yes they will move on to bigger and better, but they really have grown on me and I kinda like them now!  I'm excited for a new year in August though.  New Beginnings!

Day 25 and 26: My computer was dead...

My computer died yesterday before I went to bed, so I couldn't write my post.  I left my cord in Utah almost a month ago and have been borrowing Suzi's cord.  But last night, it was out of my reach.  So I'm combining and calling it good! :)  Yesterday was Tuesday....  nothing too eventful. I was sick at school, thought I might pass out driving home, made it, slept most of the afternoon, went with Hagen to watch Juan play volleyball for a bit. Came home, ate chatted, then went to bed.  It was alright, I like hanging with my friends so it was good, but extremely uneventful.

Today I finished inventory of my classroom! Great feeling, and I took all of my poster down, cleaned off my desk.  I'm ready to go!  Tomorrow I have to print off my grades, type and print my inventory, then checkout.  What a great day!  I also have 8th grade promotion tomorrow night.  It should be fun as they decided when they stand as rows to get their promotion papers, they will do the wave.  Haha, way to make mom and dad so proud! :)  I'm excited. I wish I had pictures to share, but for some reason they won't upload to my computer.  I'm so excited to usher this class out and welcome in a new class!  Some of them I will miss, but it's been 3 years and I'm happy to pass them along!

I attended institute tonight because I can't go tomorrow.  I liked my class, Understanding Isaiah.  Maybe because I'm free all summer, I'll attend both classes!  I'm so excited for tomorrow!!

Day 24: Eugh Day.... but I did 3 post in one day! Read them all!

Today was an Eugh day... but the upside!  I had a kitten in my room all day!  One of my students had a kitten at home.  Unbeknown to her, it crawled inside the truck engine and rode to school.  Another student found it in the parking lot, so we brought her into my room and dried her off and played all day!

Well, my 7th graders let her roam around the room freely and they still did their lessons.  That was amazing of them because it is the last week of school!  But... 8th grade is always a different story.  They held her and passed her around the room and wouldn't leave her alone! I tried putting her in her box, but she annoyingly meowed the whole time so I had to get her out.  The kids were pretty good for the most part.  It was fun and I'm glad the last week of school or else I wouldn't have been able to let that happen!!

Tonight for FHE we had a service auction. Usually when we do this, I play Vanna White, but I asked another girl to take my place due to the eugh day and not feeling very well.  Top it off, COLD SORE.  Fhe was fine, saw a bunch of friends and had a relaxing night for the most part.  A bunch of us decided to watch Sherlock Holmes, which I'm missing due to updating my blog...  Better get watching! Until tomorrow....

Day 23: Church and BYODessert

Church... well, I still am not feeling the best and my alarm didn't go off.  So sadly enough, I missed the first part of church. Sacrament was really good.  Institute spoke to us, my friend Hagen spoke.  That was great because I was making hearts to him with my hands and Suzi was helping, then the bishop saw us so we decided to stop.  It was too great!  But maybe a little juvenile.  After church, I went with my cousin Miranda down to Idaho Falls.  She drove down from Cardston, Alberta, and I went with her to our aunts house for lunch.  Suzi came too, of course we are inseparable.  Us three girls had a blast!  Well, we told great stories, had super yummy Hawaiian haystacks, shocked my aunts by stories of my dad... oops.  Good times.  It was fun to see Miranda and build a friendship with her.  She is so much younger than me, her older brother, Jordan, is my bestie...  6 months to the day older than Sabrina and I.  When we were younger, we were the triplets.  We did everything together!

Afterwards, I got ready for BYOD.  Which stands for, Bring Your Own Dessert.  We decided to help some friends out by hosting this week.  It was a huge success, Suzi has pictures that I will share tomorrow.  We had a ton of fun and lots of people came too! :)  Yay for yummy food.  I made Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.  So good, I didn't want to share!!

Day 22: Bambino's and Condo getaway!

Today I slept in.  Crazy, I hardy ever sleep in because when I was little my mom would wake us up so early, now my body thinks that's normal. Sleeping in is 9 AM!  Not very fun but I sure do get a lot of stuff done!!  Getting up at ten was a real treat for me!  Suzi and I went to Bambino to help Alycia and Ryan with some grand opening stuff.  We found people to participate in the Bambino challenge, which was fun and the winner at 4 bambino's in 2 minutes, winning 150 dollars!!  Suzi and I got to wear Bambino shirts and all. :)  Fun times.

Megan Hands Service, or Megan High School... or the truth... Madison High School (Rexburg high)

Then our friend, Hagen Robles, called and invited Suzi and I to come to the condo in Driggs with a bunch of them.  We were certainly game!  Packed our stuff and headed out. The boys bbq'd while the girls chatted in the living room.  We ate burgers and turkey dogs.  Then we played games, helped Jonnie clean his condo, watched part of a movie and then headed back home.  It was so nice to get out of town and relax with friends.  What a great evening!

Day 21: Latin Dancing

Tonight we went Latin Dancing.  I always forget how much I love it, until I go again!  It was a blast.  My friend Brandon took us, we watched instruction and then danced.  Juan came and we really had fun then.  He is an amazing dancer, so it was a blast to dance with him again.  It was really fun.

(yes, this really is me! I wish...)
Then Suzi and I came home, had a H2H.  It was good and needed, we talked about the gospel and goals and all of that.  H2H is heart to heart, incase I lost anyone on that!  Friday was a fun night.  The day....  went okay, we took the cheerleaders bowling, I have to post that video for you.  Michele, my co-teacher, and I drove the MS cheerleaders down to the bowling alley and had pizza and bowling for two hours.  It was fun to ride with them and have them DJ and tell funny girl stories.  I enjoy these girls and will be slightly sad for them to go to high school next year.  Although I'm excited for smaller classes!  I'll catch up Saturday and Sunday tomorrow!  You can tell it's been a busy day when I don't post, bc I'm so tired I have to sleep!!

Day 20: Institue of Religion and GLEE!

I didn't feel well today, I laid in bed all morning saying to myself, I should get a sub, I should get a sub.  Then I got up and when to school.  It was alright, my classes flowed well, they mostly flunked their spelling test, but oh well, they will take it again for the next 5 days.  I am determined to show them how important it is to study and learn to spell.  Even if you aren't a spelling genus you should learn basics and get a good idea for it!  I don't even claim to be a genus speller!

I stopped by Wal-Mart to pick some things up, and somehow this cd  ended up in my cart...  I'm not sure how but I'm really happy about it! hehe... guilty pleasures.  I actually have the deluxe edition, which is green but I couldn't find it to show you.  I'm in love!

After school, I came home and planted a tomato plant in a topsy turvy.  Haha, great stuff I'm so excited to see how it does.  The topsy turvy is actually Suzi's, and then I have a tomato in a large planter.  WE are going to compare them to see which is better.  I also planted a strawberry plant, and two days ago I planted three pepper plants, a red, green, and banana pepper plant! :)  I can't wait for real veggies and fruits to grow from them (as opposed to the fake ones).

Then I spray painted some wood picture frames to be white!  I'm excited and to announce, I will be painting the shelf white as soon as I get paint for it!  That will be a fun exciting day!!

Institute topped my night.  It was great, I love going.  It's something I get to do during the week to make me feel better.  Maybe going is selfish, but even so, I'm going to keep going!  Plus there are a bunch of my favorite people in my class!!  Kayla Smith Tibbits, Beth Bennett, Alycia Beutler, Ryan Pickett, Nate Coughran, and other great people!  Funny thing, I saw my cousin's ex-wife there too.  A little awkward but we made it work and it wasn't awkward by the end.  Today was good and I'm feeling a little better.  Can't wait for my last Friday of school.

Day 19: Busy School Day

Today I just want to vent like a 12 year old school girl... but I will try my best to refrain.  All in all, a wonderful day!  School was great, I only had 3 1/2 classes compared to my 6!  We took our spelling test, which I'm nervous to grade tomorrow... EK!  I had my favorite hater teacher tell my aide that if she saw me, she would growl at me.  All because I offered to bring some stuff to help them with their ISAT rewards party.  Wow, impressive of that lady, seriously people don't get mature at 55 I guess.  Apparently I'm a horrible teacher and I told this lady that is 55 she didn't know how to teach or manage kids after 22 years of teaching.  But I got to come home and make dinner with my friend Beth. We made chicken enchiladas, on my food blog.  I love it, today we added black beans, still supper yummy!  Then the girls and I just hung out.  I do need your advice, opinion.  I have a shelf that my father made when I was little.  It is oak and my room is all white and blue.  My walls are blue, my crown molding/trim work, dresser, bedspread, and curtains are all white.  Picture frames vary from silver to black to a oak that I'm painting white tomorrow.  My question is...  Should I paint the shelf white or leave it traditional oak?  I think I'd like it either way, but I don't want to take away from the original shelf.  Let me know what you think!!  It has somewhat sentimental value, but then again not really at all.  Thanks for your help!!

WELL, pictures won't upload.  I'll put it up tomorrow! NIGHT!

Here, it's dark but all I could do!

Day 18: BAMBINO!!

Yes folks, the great Bambino!  It was delicious!  All baked in a flaky warm crust, with pizza sauce, pepperoni and canadian bacon, with cheese!  Deep fried for the best flavor!  To top it off, some curly fries and blue Mountain Blast Powerade!  I love that stuff.  But the icing on the cake.....  a Bambino with apple slices, apple pie filling, and caramel.  So YUMMY I gulped it up.  I love Bambino's!

Suzi and I were invited to the friends and family opening of the store.  Ryan, the owner, is one of our friends.  Currently, I convinced his girlfriend to move up from Utah, live with us, so they could date in the same state!  With no help from Ryan of course! haha, he was working really hard to get her here, I just supplied a place.  Suzi, Alycia and I always have great fun.  I hope she likes us as much as we like her!

After Bambino's, we went to a birthday party.  It was fun and I was so controlled I didn't have any snacks but 1/2 a cookie. :) Yay me!  I caught up with some old friends and had a good time. Now bedtime, because I noticed today, I only have one Monday and one Tuesday left of school! I'm so excited!

Day 17: All Caught up!

Today I am all caught up on my blogs, I believe so any way.  School was great, and after I did Zumba, which I wasn't planning on so I had to steal clothes out of the locker room. Haha!  Also, Ms. Chantrill walked into the coaches locker room when I was tying my shoes, she looked at me so disgustedly and marched out!  Oh the joys of a teacher hating you and acting 5 over it.  I love summer for that reason also.  One full week left of school, IT WILL BE AWESOME!!  I am so entirely excited!  Tomorrow is a regular day, some volleyball after school, that will be sweet.  That's about all.  Fhe tonight was just lessons and I came home after making a 6.2 mile day, that is 13,136 steps so far!  I'm loving my pedometer!!  Night folks!  I'll take pictures tomorrow at the Friends and Family Pickett's Bambino debut!

Bambino will open on Thursday I believe! SO EXCITING!  Everyone in town, try it, it is delicious.

Day 16: Sunday a la Sunday

Today was Stake Conference.  Everything about today was great.  Church was great!  Afterwards, we went home and had sandwiches, then I took Teralee and Suzi to the gardens.  YES!  We took a million pictures.  Because it was only us 3, we decided to invite some friends to come to the Nature Park with us. That was great, we even tried to feed some ducks.  They were full, so we had tons of bread left over.

All of the redy orange specks are goldfish!  And then a turtle on the log.
Teralee is a superhero!!  Then I'm with Nate, he rode his bike to meet us at the park.

Suzi and Teralee having class in the park! haha some random chairs.  Aubrey, Eric, and Suzi.

Day 15: Hawaiian Luau Dinner

We hosted a murder mystery dinner again tonight!  Lethal Luau!  We had hamburgers grilled by Brent Knowles, and chips with soda.  We also had a graham cracker pudding cake.  That was sure delicious! I'll take a picture for you.  We ate dinner then played our game.  Ryan was the murderer.  We had no clue!  Some people figured it out but I didn't even guess him.  It was really exciting to have Teralee come up and play the game.

Day 14: Teralee comes to play!

Today was our field day at school.  It went pretty well, except it is hard to get 120 kids attention on a football field without a microphone or megaphone!  Which I seriously want to invest in!  But the kids had fun and we didn't have class, I think we were all happy!!

I came home and went shopping with a lady I work with, Laura, and Jan and Michelle, we all went looking at wedding reception sites because Laura is getting married November 6th in Idaho Falls.  It is really exciting because she is 32 and just joined the church this past November, was introduced to Chad, a 35 year old member, and it worked out great!!

Then I came home and cleaned the house, waiting for Teralee to get here so we could play!  She arrived and we went to Twizzel Berry.  Yummy icecream and sorbet.  It was fun to have Teralee here to play!

I also got a pedomoter.  I AM SO EXCITED!!!  Suzi got one and we are going to race against each other.  Our other roommate, Alycia, is also thinking about joining the challenge.  We are still trying to decide on a good award for the winner each month.  I'm so pumped!!

Day 13 and 14: I swear I only missed one day!

Well, I have to run because my sister, Teralee is here in Rexburg to play!! :)  But last night I played volleyball for a while and went to hot chocolate with Brandon.  It was fun.  Tonight Teralee and I are playing, and I went with a friend to look at wedding reception sites.  It was fun.  I'll give you more details later! SORRY!

Day 12: Still blogging

Today was an interesting day at school, I had a kid tell the other kids to shut the *~ up, a bunch of them cheating on their spelling test, and insanity in their minds.  Haha, you can tell it's May and only 12 days left of school! YAY!  So tonight I came home and took a much needed nap and then went to Zumba on campus with my roommate, Alycia, and friend, Christie.  It was great fun as always. I wore my zumba skirt and some guy was like, are you a belly dancer?  I said, I'm a professional!  But I was the only one in this class to have a skirt!  So I didn't wear it for class, but it was still fun to wear around campus and get looks from people!  Tomorrow is star day at school... too bad I gave my star shirt to DI.  That place takes all of my good stuff!  Oh well.  I'm looking forward to Saturday.  Good times ahead, it is murder mystery dinner, Hawaiian Luau. :)

Okay so not the best picture I know, but you had to see my skirt!!

Day 11: I'm tired...

Wow, 11 days and I almost stopped!  I can't give into the temptation!  Well... it has been a very busy week thusfar and it is only Tuesday!  I'm hoping it slows down, I haven't had a prep all week because I've been so busy working with Student Council.  Good thing I've taught these classes for 3 years now!  Partiotism week is going well! :)

That's always good.  Just have to make it through Friday.  I did play volleyball for 2 hours today, that was rocking fun.  I love playing, I know I'm not that great, but it's still tons of fun!  Other than that, just a Mary Kay party with Christie Smathers, which I got stuff for 40% off, gotta love it!  And yeah, good times.  Icecream with a friend, Brandon, chatting with Suzi. We had to get her a blessing tonight because she's in agonizing pain and crying she hurt so bad all day long.  Josh and Brandon gave her a blessing and that was awesome.  You really could feel the spirit enter the room when they started praying.  I'm go greatful for the gospel and priesthood in my life.  Keep you all posted! :)
I wish I was here...

This is a photo a friend sent me from California... so dreamy.

Day 10: ZUMBA!!

Today I started Zumba, after a strange day of classes, some were really good and one was particularly not so much good...  and wow, I'm awesome at English.  Did I mention I teach English! HA!  So Zumba, it is a dance workout deally.  My future Principal's wife teaches it at school, so it is free to school employees.  It is awesome, I loved it.  Today we wore jingly skirts.  Too fun to shake the hips and booty.  I love my skirt, it is dark green.  Zumba is great if you have a chance to go, do!!
Nothing momentous today other than Zumba.  FHE was a blast, we played minute to win it games.  So much fun!  Well, until tomorrow! :)

Sunday, May 9, 2010

Day 9: Mother's Day!!

I have to make this super short but I promise I will fix it tomorrow and also do my tomorrow post!  Today was a great fun filled day (details tomorrow) and I got to talk to my mom, which is always awesome!  She's the greatest ever.  I know I was sent to this family for a reason and I know she is my mom for a reason!  The older I get the more I appreciate all she did for me and my sisters.  I love this lady, she's given so much for us, went to college and worked part time to provide for us.  She's the best.  I LOVE YOU MOM!!

Day 8: Croquet and Frisbee

Today was an AMAZING Saturday.  I loved it.  First, I got to sleep in.  That's a first that I never do, I usually have something I have to get to or get done and I just wake up early.  But I slept in.... heaven.  Then I cleaned the whole house!  Okay I know it's only 1250 sq. ft. but still.  I did it top to bottom.  I also talked to Teralee for a long time on the phone.  Love that girl.  Then I went out with Kasen.  It was so much fun.  First, he for warned me that we would be going to the park.  Smart smart guy, I therefor preceeded to put on warm-up tights under my jeans, the same ones I wear under my snow pants, so they are warm!  I was nice and warm the whole time at the park. We played croquet.  I didn't look quite as sweet as this lady, but it was pretty fun.  We set our own course and did the best 2 out of 3.  Somehow I won...  Well, partially because I cheated and he kept cheating for me too.  Then we had contest to see who could hit the ball the farthest.  He won, those strong men, there is no competing against them!  Then upon my request, we played Frisbee for a while. That was great.  It took me back to the days in college when I lived with Kayla, Shanny, Jesika, and Beca.  Kayla and I were on a frisbee team and sometimes the roomies would come and support in the cold!  Our team was so fun and awesome, we made it all the way to the championship games and lost by one point on a ref error.  It was junk but oh so much fun!!

After all of my dreams came true, and we drank HOT CHOCOLATE.  Now, if you know me, then you already know I have an addiction to the stuff.  It is so delicious.  I would drink it everyday if I could.  Some times I do, I even have a CocoMotion in my classroom so I can make it at school!  My whole class will have some on really good days. All in all, this was an AWESOME Saturday, I loved it!  P.S. Suzi is feeling much much better, she was even singing and stuff today!

Day 7: Joseph and Snow

Today was Friday, lovely Friday.  I had a great day at school even though I got on the road late, I was there in time.  We had a jump rope assembly, and my carpool friend and co-worker, Kaitlyn Phillips, is the coach of the Rexburg ProForm JumpRope team.  How exciting!  They came and preformed.  Then Kaitlyn thought it would be funny to drag teachers up on stage to jump, of course she picks me! So I jumped rope, double dutch at that, infront of the entire 6-12 school!  One of the seniors complimented me that I always look so cute, even when I'm jumping rope.  That made my day!  Then I came home to take care of Suzi again, she couldn't wake up! So when I left to go back to my school play, she hadn't eaten all day!  I had to call her sister to come over and make sure she ate.  I went to the play with my friend Nate, and after we decided to go up to Mesa Falls and see how it was.  There was so much snow! Crazy snow for May!  But we went and had fun and star gazed a bit, Nate knows the constilations so I made him point them all out.  It was a fun and COLD night!
